Can a state, even though surrounded by other states, make their original native language their very own official language, develop herself all around, build and raise her borders high like China, fight for independence against Nigeria and really win it?

Just like inside the South Africa Country we have Lesotho country.

It's not possible in Nigeria. It can only happen in countries with a good working system.

1, THERE MUST BE A 3/4 RESOLUTION OF THE STATE COUNCIL OF TRADITIONAL RULERS.

2, THERE MUST BE A 3/4 RESOLUTION OF THE STATE LEGISLATURE.

3, THERE MUST BE A YES MAJORITY REFERENDUM OF THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE.

4, THE CURRENT GOVERNOR MUST PROCESS ALL OF THE ABOVE AS A BILL TO BE PASSED BY A 2/3 OF NASS.

YOU CAN NOT OPEN YOUR EYES AND ALLOW WASP TO ENTER.

Nothing is impossible oga mi, it only takes a group of strong willed spirits to overcome and standalone and the intervention of higher powers to put a stop 🛑 to the Nigerian government if they want to be an opposition.

Honestly, you are right. But it can happen if the people of that state unite. Join hands together to fight till independence.

The first thing to overcome is language. They should change their official language to their native language.

The next is build a strong territory on their borders and secure to prevent intruders.

All other developments can follow internally before they finally break out.

The 1999 constitution made almost everything impossible
It's almost impossible to create new state, merge 2 States, even the simplest one "to rename a state" self hard
Talk more of gaining independent from Nigeria

It's is almost impossible to alter the democratic settings of this country, the constitutional procedures are unrealistic and very long

Only a military coup, or a military government can reshape anything is this country!

Even for you to renounce been a Nigerian citizen still get long constitutional process, that even requires the president!

Did they k*ll him? If they did, how did it happen?

Do you think with the way Nigeria is now that people want a dissolution, their people will not protect their leaders that is calling for a change?

If they change to their local language, don’t you think there will be more loyalty among their state people?

I just believe anything is possible if the people are strong willed. Home & abroad citizens can fight for their independence.

Ojukwu killed 150 of Adaka Boro's men and Gen Ironsi regime sentenced him to Hang
It was Gowon that free Adaka Boro
Adaka Boro was sentenced by Gen Ironsi regime to be hanged in December 1966 but Gowon Coup saved him

Was Adaka Boro fighting for the dissolution of the entire Nigeria or the independence of his state?

Another question, did Adaka Boro sensitize his people, did he really prepare for it before he started his campaign?

Was he communicating with his people in the language everybody understands or his indigenous language?

Adaka Boro's People were with him and till today they still Celebrate Adaka Boro day

He is their no1 National Hero

Gen Ironsi and Ojukwu should have granted the Niger Delta their Referendum for their own Region as had been agreed with the British before independence

Don’t be fearful. Anything is possible. With the way Nigeria is poorly governed, that common Fulani herdsmen, no government has been able to put a stop to their atrocities, I don’t think they are strong enough to fight a well prepared state government that want to dissolve from Nigeria. If any state prepares well, spend that money, set their communities ready on all sectors independently, with a call for assistance from the higher powers like USA and co, they can part ways.

They just need to start with border building on their territories, change of officially spoken language and building within every necessary things to stand independent.

They will win.
