Those engaging in such behaviors at specific locations, like Aroma under the bridge, Kwata under the bridge, Ngozika to Kwata at night, Kwata to Udoka Estate at night, or parking along Ekwueme Road where there are "No Parking" signboards, are responsible for their own actions.
