I have said it and I will say it again, government should close down domiciliary accounts in Nigeria. Anybody who needs dollar should apply through the bidding process at a market-determined rate.

You can’t open a USD bank account in Europe as an individual or a Naira account in any US bank.
God knows how many trillions of Naira our past and present governors have converted to foreign currencies and kept at home and at banks. The same thing with every other Nigerians.
