Please what is a plot of land in square metres, and could the region affect the size like how it does to the price e.g benue and lagos

The standard size used to be 5.6 × 11 square meters
But as things done spoil now . It is 4.9× 10 square meters in Lagos, PH, some parts of Ogun state, Some parts of IB, Abia State, Imo.

Surely, the region affects the size.

1 plot standard in square meters is 648sqm that's approximately 60ft by 120ft

But the most common now is 600sqm and that's approximately 60ft by 100ft which is okay.

But in Lagos Island axis where the land is becoming more expensive, some Estates are putting their plot at 500sqm.

But in Banana Island axis, the most common land standard are in 1000sqm and you know what that means, super rich.

18m (60ft) x 36m (120ft) = 648 sqm
15m (50ft) x 30m (100ft) = 450 sqm
Some parts of Lekki phase 1, banana island, ikoyi 30m/35m/36m x 30m/35m/36m = 900/1225/1300 sqm

It's location dependent.

It varies in different part of the country. For example in south East of Nigeria, it is 464sqm and 600/500sqm in south west.
