I am presently watching the game Nigeria vs Angola. Fans around me here front and back from all indications are predominantly people from South East. They are hailing every player Ademola inclusive. Some are asking the coach to introduce Yusuf in place of iwobi. Yosuf looks like Hausa name. Oh! They are hailing Musa. They said Musa has joined the coaching crew. They even are saying Musa is instrumental to the success of the coaching crew. Do we still want the country divided? 3 Likes

The East has always been More Nigerians than anyone else, don’t let Biafra declaration when we were pushed to the wall deceive you, I can hear the noise from the viewing center. I’m not watching the game, what if the eagles break my heart. I don’t want to cry that’s why I don’t watch. But we winning. 6 Likes 1 Share |

chrisxxx:Yugoslavia had a good team in the past . Today they have been divided in 6 countries who all have strong football teams. South Sudan self don get football team. So what is your point Football is not a valid reason not to breakup a country ( for those who believe in breaking it up) 38 Likes 6 Shares |

chrisxxx: If the unity of your country is based on a 90 minute game of socca, then your so called unity is a joke AFCON will come and go, but the failed country will remain 33 Likes 6 Shares |

gidgiddy:90 minutes of game you say, during the civil war, there was a sieze fire because of that 90 minutes of game. First all of you that want Nigeria to break up especially you my brothers lol. If Nigeria is breaking up, we are inheriting the name Nigeria for a start cause we are first to gain independence, you guys have not presented reasonable terms of breakup when you are ready we will know, no shaking. In the main time anyone not ready to share a country with the Igbos should opt for secession clause. 2 Likes 1 Share |

AlexBells: We need to present reasonable terms? If I don't want to be with you, then you have no business being with me. The name Nigeria you are talking about was created by a white woman in Britain, imported into West Africa, and forced upon you 8 Likes |

gidgiddy:I hope it sweetens your mouth as you talk. Who are you to talk about who stays or who leaves, why not pick up your passport. Leave the country and denounce your citizenship? Are you elected by anyone to speak for the people. From what authority are you making that request. Why not pick a form and run for the council. And don’t give me the excuse that the system is corrupt. If the bad guys won, you are won. So first thing first get the right people into position. If you can’t win that war, I bet then breakup would be a pipe dream. Talking about the name Nigeria, that’s the most flimsy argument I wouldn’t dabble into, if you don’t like the name present a case on why it shouldn’t be to the house. This is a democracy or it should be it doesn’t run in your head. 3 Likes 1 Share |

I want the country broken. Enough of the poverty one Nigeria is pushing millions of Nigerians into while God has blessed every region with one thing or the other. The tribe and religion will continue play a big role in the country called Nigeria. Let Nigeria divide along tribe or ethnicity or regions 8 Likes 3 Shares |

You should be asking how many people Fulani may likely kill tonight. How can 90mins soccer prove our unity? Do Fulani watch soccer? Bros take your time. 8 Likes 3 Shares |

Fiscal restructuring is all I ask for. Let every state/region/(whatever federating unit we agree on) generate their own revenue and contribute agree percentage of this revenue to the center. Let the federating units pursue their own economic development, political stability and internal security. Is this too much to ask or do you want an eventual violent implosion? 2 Likes 1 Share |

Op, Nigeria is on its last leg. Sooner or later, it will break up and there's nothing anyone can do to stop it. Its inevitable! Nigeria hasn't worked since its inception, 6 decades after independence, it didn't work and forget all what the Obidients wants you to believe; there's no new Nigeria, possible. 5 Likes |

T8ksy:Omoluabi go and sit down. Is Oduduwa Republic that’s on life support. Before Tinubu finish we will remove its oxygen mask and you won’t have no other option than to be loyal to the Republic. |
Re: Do We Still Divide The Country? by nlreserve: 8:32pm On Feb 02 |
AlexBells:That's not what you want trying to say. You were trying to say that almost everyone is corrupt. And I'm saying that once the head is very ok and not corrupt, every other part would function well. That almost everyone is corrupt is because most past heads were corrupt. So, you don't need everyone to be very ok. Just one person who is ok as the head will influence others to be good too 1 Like |

Let it break to pieces. The Yoruba people are brothers with the Fulani. They can have their own country together. |
Re: Do We Still Divide The Country? by nlreserve: 8:36pm On Feb 02 |
SpecialAdviser:You know, some people are just ok with the situation of Nigeria because they're corrupt. You know what? A corrupt system only favours corrupt people. That's why only those happy with the system are those who are corrupt. When a system becomes clean and good, only those who are genuine make it and corrupt won't be able to make it because the system won't allow that. 5 Likes |
