At about 7.20 am, after the materials for the 2 units of ward 6 and ward 5 had beeb loaded, in their various vehicles, Rt Hon Emmanuel Ekpenyong, former House of Assembly member came into INEC office in Ini with over 200 thugs. INEC office was flooded with these thugs but surprisingly, no security official nor INEC staff the queried the influx of persons who were not supposed to be there. Few minutes after the materials left with 30 policemen for each unit, a message came that both materials for both units were diverted with all 60 policemen. Information that I have is that the materials were diverted to Ibam Ukot. As we speak , thumprinting by the thugs are going on in Ibam Ukot. Solders should be contacted to confront them at Ibam Ukot.
