Hello guys,

I need to backup my company's wordpress before updating the wordpress version. The plugin option didn't work, so i want to resort to the ftp file option,.which means i will need to get my ftp account detail from the cpanel in order to connect and download the backup files.
i am used to Hostinger, but this need to be done on a site hosted on Qserver. Can someone tell me how to get the ftp account details from Qserver please?
