*Awka South Mayor, Anagor Holds Strategic Meeting With APGA Awka Ward Two Executives, stakeholders .*

The Transition Committee Chairman of Awka South Local Government Area, Hon. ThankGod Anagor (JP), has held a strategic meeting with Awka South All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Ward Two Party Executives and Stakeholders to welcome new members and canvass for more to boost the party's capacity in Anambra Central.

The meeting hosted by the Managing Director of the Anambra State Waste Management Agency, Mr. Mike Ozoemena, at his Awka residence, aimed to provide an opportunity for the Chairman to directly engage with the party's grassroots leaders and discuss strategies that would further strengthen the party's presence in their respective wards to ensure continuous victory for APGA in Awka South Council Area and Anambra at large.

Speaking during the inauguration, Hon. Anagor expressed his happiness with the new members, stating that the occasion signifies well-meaning individuals are beginning to understand and are now willing to help the present administration achieve its objectives of truly making Anambra the light of the nation. He tasked the new party faithful on accountability and delivering election victories.

While commending the Ward Chairman for his resilience and dedication in piloting the party affairs at his level, Hon. Anagor reaffirmed the need to build a stronger and more cohesive relationship between the party and the local government to enable members to access the government of the day.

He also commended the ward women for their immense contributions and urged them not to relent in their efforts to identify with APGA and defend their mandate at any point in time while continuing to promote the good vision of the party at all levels.

Hon. Anagor applauded the Prof Chukwuma Soludo-led administration for its impactful achievements in the State and extolled the Anambra State Governor for his exceptional love for the Awka Capital Territory, noting that Awka South Local Government has taken a new look with the numerous ongoing projects undertaken by the APGA-led administration to make Awka a befitting State Capital.

He further urged the party faithful to continue supporting Governor Soludo in delivering the dividends of democracy to Ndi Anambra as they contribute their humble quota in helping the Governor build a sustainable, livable, and prosperous smart mega homeland.
