I'm trying to believe the government actually meant well for Nigeria business community...I maybe wrong. Because I have never seen where a leader would take thoughtless decisions that might eventually lead to an overthrow if actually Nigerians ain't the most tolerant citizens in the Wilde world!

Businesses are suffering, especially if you're located in Nigerian and have to pay for goods or services internationally.

It's so crazy that you simply might have no other option than to throw in the trowel.

The question is why the galloping FX rate? The genesis of all these lies with the president Bola Ahmed Tinubu and a recent policy he felt was directed at him: the Naira redesign.

Emefiele & naira redesign sin against Tinubu was the Naira change came just before elections, been a money bag, he was sure of buying victory in case his buddy Buhari turns rogue on him. Too bad, Buhari is already convinced to dash him victory, not the one he bought with stolen or looted funds, but one delivered parts & parcel by Prof Yaks. Yes even if he loses in Lagos his base, Osun his state of origin or FCT the place he plans to rule from, still declare winner. That's what they did.

Since he got his mandate, albeit stolen one, why upset a policy that curbed kidnapping and inflation, someone is won't to ask! No reason othe than vendetta. The revenge of making him seem a little better than an idiot, an overbloated political juggernaut, a paper weight overlord who a seemingly low weight Peter Obi flogged hands down!

This is what caused the inflation.
After Tinubu and his team reversed the Naira redesign policy. The impact is that the stolen Trillions that Emefiele tried to render useless have now increased Naira flow, and the killer herdsmen the redesign kept at bay have now come out full force. These trillions are now being used to mop up available Dollars. You have a situation where too much Naira is chasing few USD.

Tinubu have only one option to solve this and solve it real time. Restore the Naira redesign policy, mandate cashless transaction payments for all local transactions, touch not the USD inflow and watch, firstly the inflation subsides and the Naira start gaining. If he seem a bit ambitious he can peg the FX rate at a fair NGN1000 to a USD.
