The government needs to make flying cheaper to stop the constant kidnappings. Many of us used to fly often, but now it's too expensive. Traveling by road is costly too. Our security agencies can't quickly stop kidnappings unless we completely change our security system and hire more people, but that won't happen right away, sir.

Is the airport in your parlour?

If not, they should also make the cost of chopper cheap too abi, so when you get down at the airport, you would just take a chopper to your mansion abi?

You may have meant this as some form of dark humour...and granted, we all deal with stressful situations differently...some people use humour as a shield. However, I can assure you that you wouldn't wish this kind of experience on your worst enemy. Have you heard the stories of some of the victims? Not all the information on this kidnapping epidemic makes it to the press. Do you know how many victims are tortured, killed and buried in the forest - and up till now they remain undiscovered? Do you know how many victims (male and female) are repeatedly violated by their abductors? undecided

Abduction in Nigeria today isn't a joke. We can't see from the video, but the commentary indicates the driver was shot and killed. A man's life gone, never to be replaced. That poor traumatized child left behind by the kidnappers is scared and confused and just wants her parents...and right now, nobody can provide her with any answers. sad

The nightmare is just beginning for these victims. sad

I think the government should work on how to lower the cost of flying in airplanes. Many folks are traveling by road these days, which can be risky, especially when using fancy bus services like GIG or GUO.
