Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Sales/Marketer Assistant to join our team at Women in Business and Leadership on a contract remote basis. Our company, specializes in leveraging storytelling and data to facilitate cultural and business transformations, fostering open dialogue and inclusivity within organizations. As a Virtual Sales/Marketer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies and client acquistion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the steam to implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and drive sales.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
- Support the development of promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Maintain organized records of sales inquiries and follow-up activities to ensure timely and effective communication with potential clients.
- Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional tasks as needed to support the overall goals.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is advantageous.
- A creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
