Are you interested in Learning Python programming language from scratch? Do you find it difficult in going through lots of resources on the internet and looking for a lazy approach to learning python programming language, here is your chance

Python is a computer programming language often used to build websites and software, automate tasks, and conduct data analysis. Python is a general-purpose language, meaning it can be used to create a variety of different programs and isn’t specialized for any specific problems. This versatility, along with its beginner-friendliness, has made it one of the most-used programming languages today.

Tools needed for Windows/Mac Operating System(OS)
https://www.python.org/downloads/
https://code.visualstudio.com/download

Choose your preferred operating system and download the installer package.

Once done, install the Python extension using Visual Studio Code by following the steps below
1. Open Visual Studio Code
2. Press Ctrl + Shift + X key
3. Search Python(by Microsoft)
4. Click on Install and wait for it to be installed.

That's it, now you are ready to begin your python programming journey.

Note
I am using a Windows Operating System, but whatever I have described should not be too different for our Mac Operating System users.

Run Python code

To experience Python, create a file (using the File Explorer) named hello.py and paste in the following code:
print("Hello World"

The Python extension installed in Visual Studio Code then provides shortcuts to run Python code using the currently selected interpreter (Python: Select Interpreter in the Command Palette). To run the active Python file, click the Run Python File in Terminal play button in the top-right side of the editor.

There you go, your results will appear at the bottom section under the Terminal Tab of your Visual Studio Code
