Omobewaji Ewatomi Oluwaferanmi, the wife of Nigerian singer Portable, has responded to allegations of domestic violence against her husband.

Late last night, disturbing images of Omobewaji surfaced online, depicting injuries that suggested she had been severely beaten. Alongside the images were screenshots of her accusing Portable of being responsible for the physical assault.

However, shortly after the images and screenshots went viral, Omobewaji took to Instagram Live to question the reliability of the reports claiming that Portable had assaulted her. She expressed the belief that people are intent on tarnishing her husband's reputation and jeopardizing his career, while vehemently denying any physical assault by Portable.

Asserting that she owes no one an explanation, Omobewaji challenged bloggers to provide video evidence of the alleged assault instead of spreading damaging rumors.
