We don’t have what it takes to be independent, they want to recolonize us.
This time around, it will be brutal

No, YOU don't have what it takes to be a man.

Because you're a born slave.

One thing you should understand is that COLONIALISM is a system designed by the coloniser to rule over you and exploit your natural resources to enrich the colonising nation.

THAT IS WHAT COLONIALISM MEANS.

A coloniser is NOT there to develop your country.

He is there to loot your resources to build HIS country.

So expecting that they will develop your industries and infrastructure etc, shows you are extremely ignorant and not very smart at all.

If they came to develop your country, Nigeria would been fully developed by independence!!

Or was 100 years not enough for your white master to develop a country?

What happened to his magical powers?

Why are you so bitter , ?
I’m not the source of your country failure.
If your country was man enough, to be dependent, they won’t be running away from their fathers land
.
Instead of staying back to fight what rightly belongs to them, they are running away like coward.
watched the Nigerian nurses making noise about verification that would linger them before leaving Nigerian, but they have never for once protest about the bad condition of their working environment., nor poor remuneration.
Your country is only champions in insulting one another which you are not exempted .
Imagine your leaders signing Uk lawyers to practice in your country, meanwhile, yours can’t do same.

Your ancestors were so foolish to allow them take away your crude products in the name of refining, is your country prohibited from refining their own oil?
Even at your age you are still a slave to your white master.
Have you applied for visa?
Happy valentines

1. Nigerian lawyers have been able to practice in the UK for a long time by writing a simple test called the Qualified Lawyers Transfer test. Even without the test, you can still practice, just that you have to inform prospective clients you are a 'Foreign Lawyer'.

2. UK law firms that set up office in Nigeria will primarily be targeting commercial/business/cross-border transactions. 99% of their work willl be office based. It is unlikely you'll see them wearing a robe and appearing in a court, even though though they might be able to do so.

These people are not coming here to handle Chieftancy, land, election matters, or Mr A ran away with my wife type of cases grin etc

They will be targeting big transactions.
grin grin grin

What an ignorant thing to type.

What do they teach in British law schools that is different from the same Common Law system you inherited from them?

Do Nigerian graduates not travel and excel in those places?

Nigerian standards are even higher, from my experience.

....they teach integrity, honesty, and students do not bribe lecturers with sex or money to pass exams meaning knowledge is acquired on merit, why was it possible to convict ibori in the UK and he was acquitted in Asaba, was the evidence proffered against him different in the UK ?

.... same standards that allow judges to be compromised with money.
