It's absurd...but I think rather than complain, Southern states should have laws against almajiri in the South, against fulani herdsmen encroachment in farmlands, against fulanis giving themselves titles in the South, and against operating any form of hisbah or Sharia in Southern Nigeria. I think Southern governors are not being proactive, while the Northern governors sponsored by the Fulani emirates are using laws to gain grounds in the North.
