NCC says service providers will be held accountable for poor service delivery. The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) says it would henceforth hold telecoms service providers accountable for bad customer service. This was stated by the Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, Aminu Maida, during a meeting with journalists in Abuja. Mr Maidu also used the opportunity to introduce his administration’s five drivers, which includes: training, capacity-building compliance, data drive, digitization, and collaboration.
