It's amazing that many want to succeed in life and yet know next to nothing about how their minds operate. They just take their minds for granted and expect success to jump at them through "hard work" and "luck".

When you know how your mind works, you can consciously create your success and not stumble on it. The essence of what you experience “outside” of you was first created inside your mind. Nothing happens by chance! You are neither lucky nor unlucky, your mind creates your reality.

This may be mind-boggling if you do not know the operations of the human mind. In fact, the proposition that our minds create our reality has been met with bitter protests. This is understandable because dissenters argue, and quite  persuasively too, that they neither created road accidents nor terrorists plots nor wars nor poverty nor diseases nor tsunamis nor unemployment nor power failure (if you live in Nigeria). But that argument shrivels up when you come to understand how the human mind functions.

It's obvious that nobody deliberately creates woes for herself. But what if these woes are being created unconsciously? And how does a person do this?

Here's the thing. The human mind is a creation template. Creation processes in your mind are ongoing all day, every day. So whatever you hold in your mind is as real as any part of your body.

For instance, when you have a habit of frequently holding thoughts and feelings of lack in your mind, you are unconsciously creating poverty: which may manifest in a form of unemployment, being scammed, business failure or  serious financial loss.

You see, it isn't really about the form of the things you create but its essence. The essence of road accidents is the fear of death; the essence of poverty is the fear of lack, the essence of failure is one fear or the other. When these fears are ongoing subconsciously, they will manifest in different forms that you believe as bad luck or fate.

The same works as well for positive feelings. The essence of success is good feelings such as gratitude, peace, love, joy or bliss. If you hold more positive images in your mind, you will create a much better life.

Is it any wonder that the Bible implores you should think on good and lovely things? Philippians 4:8.

When you change the way you feel, you change your fate. Consistent good feelings creates a good life. Every minute of the day, care much more about how you feel. Your happiness is your key to success!
