Many years ago when Nigeria was still a very good country. Our leaders try to make it more of a country with better conditions for its citizens to live.

Areas of focus include job creation, employment, a suitable economy, education, currency, agriculture, and others, were concerned with being highly developed and properly managed, just as any developed country would.

These terms are agreeable for a country that truly seeks prosperity and development.

But, despite all of these "Good Samaritan Agenda," why did Nigeria become the flesh-eating, carnivorous, and cannibalistic entity that preys on the blood of its bona fide subjects?

When did it start and how did it surface?

How did everything turn out so differently for Nigerians?



The Concept Of Change

Nigeria is a very big country,nonetheless a country that had quickly developed big problems over the years.
There is a fact known to every Nigerian, even known to the newborn.
“Something about our country must change before it can witness a better transformation”.

It's always there,in the back of our minds.
But what actions were taken, not really much.

On the other hand, Nigerians like spectating in the wrong direction.

Like a soul watching closely, yet afar, how the sun slippers away
And turn Days into Nights, Months into Years, Decades into Centuries.

But nothing significant changed in our lives,it only got worse.

Weathers changed,as well as seasons.

But nothing exactly brought a better phase to our lives.

It's enough to make us feel terrible,because we've had enough.

Okay, something has to change, where does it start from?




The Barton(You & I)

Put the Barton in your hands.
You can simply ask, “what can a single person do?”

Nigeria is a very big country, “how can I change it all by myself?”

These are relevant questions that cannot be disputed.
They are rather factual than redundant.

Nigeria is a very big country with a diverse set of people,culture and language.
It's already a dominated entity.
“You don't try to change it” all by yourself.
Otherwise you might just die trying.

But here's what we can do.
“We can only make it better” and that's the point “to make it better”

You see politicians carrying the banner of Change. And ever since, it has changed but never for better.

Change begins from the mindset. A barton of change only begins from the mind and whatever is in the mind is channeled through our views, beliefs and perspective.
It then reflects in our actions.

Changing yourself is the ability to pick up the responsibility for the amount of good and bad deeds that ensues form every penny your actions cost,and the driven will to sacrifice for the better reality you ever imagined.

Funny how in Nigeria, instead of taken responsibility.
NO, “ Others must be blamed for it”
Rather than maintaining a minor problem that emerges within smaller sectors and sought for quick solutions to rectify it.
NO, “We must display for others to see”
“Infact, it has to reach every residence in the country”

You have your parts to play, don't run from it.
When you ignore your responsibilities, it has an impact on others, if not exposes them to unnecessary danger.





Beliefs not in congruent with the supposed Deeds

People are simply driven by a desire for better change.

But before you can dream,you have to believe it is possible and then physically work towards it.
We desired better transformation yet without the physical outputs required to drive and make it effective.

What is the very first step in choosing a rightful leader that would act as a driving force on our beliefs in leading and maintaining the resourceful features of our beloved country?

Elections
The legal process to do justice to our conscience and mind for at least not taking the apathy approach.
But a prescribed and lawful way to select or decide on a representative.

On the other, the same soul chewing the rhythm of better change and not worse is offered a meaningless penny by a politician also carrying the banner of change and not worse.
In exchange for a very significant and powerful vote.

It is not the first time ,but each time, it doesn't get better.

Simply because you cannot seek a rotten and spurious way to drive a goodwill that will be achieved.
It's just like planting decomposed seeds in a barren soil
And anticipating that with time, it will sprout fruit fully and in abundance.

There, is the Redundancy.


Whatever your intentions might be, so long it is positive.
It involves acting according to your intended reality and selecting the necessary actions that will help you achieve it.

Everything around you would surely get better.
It is just waiting to start from you.
