I thought the whole essence of devaluation of the Naira was to promote export? Now export is lucrative but both federal and state government are not happy.

Why so desperate to encourage export when it is visible to the blind that we cannot produce enough for the country?

This present government have zero economic sense.

You can't eat your cake and have it. You devalue in order to make your currency cheap and your export attractive to importers from other countries.
