APPLY OR SHARE Job Title: Assistant Manager Admin & Facility Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Job Description: A prestigious law firm known for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Admin & Facility to join their dynamic team. Role Overview: The Assistant Manager Admin & Facility plays a pivotal role in overseeing administrative functions and facility management within our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and in-depth experience in facility management. Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead administrative staff to ensure the efficient operation of daily tasks. - Streamline administrative processes to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness. - Manage office facilities, including space allocation, maintenance, and security. - Collaborate with vendors for facility-related services and ensure a safe and comfortable work environment. - Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal industry regulations and standards. - Assist in budget planning for administrative and facility-related expenses, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. - Provide guidance and mentorship to administrative staff, identifying training needs and facilitating professional development opportunities. - Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. - Facilitate effective communication within the administrative team and across departments, coordinating with legal professionals to understand specific administrative and facility needs. - Fulfill other responsibilities as delegated or assigned to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
