We just drove past 3rd mainland bridge and saw a man lying with a broken skull on 3rd mainland bridge in the middle of the road. No help from anywhere and police with other forces pass thru same place. This is heartbreaking. Life is not valued in Nigeria. We were on a high speed so I couldn't get the pics. |
