The Secretary to the Osun State Government, Hon. Teslim Igbalaye has expressed shock over the death of Alhaji Aderemi Sanni, husband of Yeyeluwa Modupe Sanni Adeleke.


In a statement signed by his media assistant, Kehinde Adeoye, the Osun SSG described late Alhaji Sanni's as a "muslim devotee" who lived an "exemplary life".

His statement:

"My deepest sympathy goes out to Yeyeluwa Modupe Sanni Adeleke and the entire family over the demise of Alhaji Aderemi Sanni. The news of his passing came as a rude shock. Indeed, we can't quantify the amount of pain this sad event has brought us."


"His demise has no doubt left a huge vacuum, but we take solace in the fact that baba lived an exemplary life. He was a muslim devotee who served Allah selflessly."


"Alhaji was also kind everyone around him. He preached that virtue every step of the way."

"At this very sad time, I pray that you have the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

May Allah(SWT) forgive his sins and grant him Jannat-ul-Firdaus."
