Job Title: Advisory Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participate in the execution of all advisory projects from compensation and benefit, Performance Management, Skill audit
2. Develop frameworks around the various HR value chain and tailor to each client’s need and strategy
3. Assisting in the execution of projects and in delivering on different client briefs.
4. Administration of tests and assessments
5. Conduct research via social networks to identify talent to be categorized

REQUIREMENTS:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
2. Minimum of 5 years HR Experience
3. Professional Certificate is an added advantage (CIPM or PHRI)
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
5. Proficient in MS Office
