Anambra is the worst as none of their governors past and present ever constructed what can be described as a high way except Peter Obi who did federal highway from umunya to Onitsha head bridge and was reimbursed . All they built are tiny single lane roads all over the places.
But in all I think Easter roads have improved significantly.

I agree with you. Africa is quite underdeveloped. Lagos which is regarded as the best is a big jungle and highly undeveloped too without infrastructures. Section of Abuja alone is the most modern developed area in Nigeria.
