As expected, the demand for BUA cement increases due to the reasonable price. But the sad reality is the retailers are busy re-bagging to Dangote cement and selling at high price. That is why it looks as if BUA cement does not exist in this country. 9 Likes |

Oil and gas companies, banks, telcos and cement manufacturers (thanks to real estate boom) are the richest industries in Nigeria. Others are just noise makers. 1 Like |

Devaluation affected their billions by N70b and so they turned back and punished Nigerians to the tune of N460n. This is what's happening, you could say Tinubu's government is bad but not nearly as some powerful individuals make it look. 1 Like |

These cement guys are criminals, Various Nigerian govt till date have allowed these guys exploit Nigerians. Price of cement should not be more than 5k in Nigeria. Just like banks, they keep posting ridiculous profits in the face of hunger, poverty and penury. Seems government officials are shareholders in the cement business in Nigeria. 1 Like |

Everyone ones to build a house. Nigerian mentality. If u rent they think ur poor. U have 70 million naira. Instead of u to rent a place at let's say, 2 million naira and use the remaining (68m) to do serious business u will start forcing ur self to build a house just cos it father built one. Then u end up not being able to enjoy the good things of life, take care of ur kids, have a library at home and help the poor.... Because of house project. Forgetting that in a fey years u can turn the 68 million into 300 m..... And by then building a house will look to u like buying a air of shoes. Like Nas said in his song' highly favored'.. What's more dense, gold or lead What's more expensive The OG said, "No matter what it is, rent it And never buy it, it's all temporary possession We don't own nothing on this Earth but our soul and that's the lesson" We we live this way, people won't have time for cement...and the prices wud crash. 4 Likes |
