i rented a brand new 1 bedroom flat @ N550k annual rent
unfortunately, my office gave me an apartment to stay
so my flat has been empty since september 2023

i want to sublet it out
and the new tenant can contiune staying there when the rent expires in september without having to pay agency and lawyer fees
