Job Title: Female Sales/Business Development Executive (up to 120k/month plus commission in excess of 1 million with some other benefits)

As we expand our team, we are seeking a talented and driven Female Sales Executive to join us in our Abuja office.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to use Microsoft office products -word, excel, PowerPoint, teams etc
• A clear understanding of structures in government ministries and agencies will be an added advantage
