You actually introduced another angle to the matter.

That is for their lawyer to prove and the court to believe.

At least there is a video evidence that will show what actual happened.

Even if the rape case is dropped, they have still committed a lesser crime of sharing the videos.

Still, those kind of depraved beings should be behind bars.

How do you even sleep with a woman that another person has just copulated with, not to talk of 3 or more?

Those are depraved beings who could actually go ahead to start gang raping even if this was a consentual arrangement gone wrong.

In this country, rape cases are not given serious consideration.

Rapists and killers will keep carrying out their heinous deeds until we publicly put them to death.

The last I heard, the man who killed Ini Umoren, a young woman who was raped and killed while out looking for a job—had been sentenced to death by hanging in 2022. Nobody noticed his body. His body was hanging on the execution rope, but no one saw it.

We are gradually leapfrogging India in the Rape chart.

The victim was shocked and got traumatized after information leaked that they have posted the recorded video on Facebook. When she confirmed it, she informed her parents about what happened.
