Why its hard to lose weight but easy to gain fat



Imagine waking up to jog consistently for 30 days straight whilst seeing no physical result in your body size ie fat loss.

Imagine paying for gym membership month after month and you end up feeling like you're being scammed cus your fat keeps getting fatter.

"People perish for lack of knowledge. What if they had knowledge, would they still perish".

Say bye-bye to your weight loss problems after thoroughly reading each segment of this post

1) WHY YOU GAIN FAT

Your body gains fat simply when you eat more food(calories) than your body needs for its day to day activity. What does this mean.

Your body needs energy for simple bodily functions (breathing, blinking, talking, walking, chewing, digesting etc) to keep itself powered on, just like you charge your phone to use its torchlight, send an email, call, chat on whatsapp etc

All these bodily functions your body undergoes seems petty but they are not. If you stop breathing, you die of lack of oxygen.
If you stop blinking to save bodily energy, dirt and external agents can easily get into your eyes. so the food(calories) you give your body makes all your bodily process possible.

But guess what

if you give your body more food than it needs for its bodily function, your body stores the excess calories it is not using from the food as fat. This means that if your body needs 200 calories for its daily activities and you feed it 500 calories, your body will store the excess 300 calories as fat

*HINT: Now you know why professional gym trainers space their daily food into into 5-6 small meals to be eaten every 3-4 hours daily. They dont want their body to accumulate fat so they give their body just what it needs to function while only allowing 15% body fat to be stored on their body



2) WHY YOU DONT LOSE FAT

First, we'll define what homeostatis is

HOMEOSTATIS: The MAINTENANCE of a stable internal environment. Environment here is your body

Your body seeks to be in equilibrum ie it wants to stay same. It only triggers a change when it is threathned ie women lose beauty when they are pregnant so they cant be attracted by predators whilst taking care of the child in their womb -- Ubunja Miseducations.



For fat loss, your body wants to remain same because of the hormone LEPTIN

Leptin is the hormome that tells our body that we're full while eating so we should stop eating

A reduction in leptin level in a persons body means such a person has to eat more for the person body to signal Bellefull
while an increase in the leptin level in a person means such a person has to eat less to signal Belleful

now guess what

LEPTIN LEVEL DROP IN A BODY IS DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL TO FAT LOSS

this means that the more fat your body lose, the more you will eat and keep eating without your brain signalling you're full and you know what hapoens in your body when you eat more than your body requires for its daily functions

YES. You will get fat -- that right there is the disturbing paradox of weight loss: the less you eat to lose fat, the more you actually lose fat, AND the more your body wants you to eat more to become more fatter

at this point in time, your body gets attracted to fatty food because fatty foods provide more calories than carbohydrates, the supposed energy giving food



3) FAT LOSS ALGORITHM

Eat less and expend more energy day by day. simple. If your body needs say 200 calories for your bodily functions, and you feed it 150 calories today, you have a shortage of 50 calories and your body have to make up for that.

How. Your body then takes up from your fat storage.

Your body taking 50 calories from your fat storage after you have done a calorie deficit doesnt seem like much but 50 calories today × 7 days of a week and you have 350 calories taken from your fat storage hence making you.lose fat and finally appear lean. simple

You can expand this process to a month or two
with a month having 30 days, so your caloric deficit of 50 × 30 days in a month= 1500 calories taken from the fat in your body

You can practice this calorie deficit by spacing your meals ie AFTER knowing that your body needs 200 calories for its bodily function, you then decide to feed it 150 calories, forcing it to take up the remaining from the fat in your body, you then decide to space that 150 calories you plan to eat today into 4-5 smaller meals to be eaten every 3-4 hours depending on your calculations and style so you dont get hungry easily and mess up a beautiful process.


4) THE SOLUTION TO YOUR FAT LOSS DILEMMA: The talked about and the not so talked about procedure respectivelly

a) Measure your food consumed calorie wise. This way, you will be able to tell yourself that you have eaten what your body needs and any side hunger is just your body leptin hormone trying to play tricks on you to eat more and stay fat. This works strongly with discipline and how serious you are to lose your body fat you accumulated. This is where you begin taking steps to getting your dream body

The cup of beans you're eating now, how many calories does it contain. Find out!

Same with that rice you're eating. What of the ingredient you use to cook it -- the sardine, beef, fish. The oil etc How many calories do they all contain. Thays why when on a fat loss journey, it is recommended to prepare your food yourself AND NOT EAT OUTSIDE, so you cancel out all forms of fast food and external snacks because you dont know all the ingredient they used to prepare their food and consuming more calories than your body needs makes your body store the excess as fat.

Did you consume your food at once or did you space it out thereby givibg your body what it needs and not over.

Most important, how many calories does your body need to function daily. Everyone body is unique and different so don't go online and pick a random value. RESEARCH. its your body on the line now and not mine. How badly do you want to be lean and sexy once again

The alcohol you are taking, it has hundred of calories but its calories from junk food. its hust ethanol and sweetners. Poison plus flavor. Nothinh more. It was made to smell nice to trick your brain so you can consume poison and think you will be happy for long. You have known its bad for a while now yet you keep taking it. Say hi your pot belly for me.

What of that small tiny meagre little piece of cake you're eating regularly. afterall its just a little portion. Guess what. that cake has lots of calories and if you want to burn it off your body later so you dont get fat, you will have to spend hours, if not days in the gym. all because you couldnt control yourself

All food have calories. and there are junk food and healtyhy food.
If you eat healthy food (nuts, rice, beans, fish...natural foods etc) you will have healthy fat. but still fat regardless. but if you eat junk food, you will have junk fat when your body stores the excess. now you know why some people look fat and somewhat 'fresh' and others do not. the difference is the diet that gave them the fat in the first place.

where junk food includes but not limited to: alcohol, sugar, cakes, soft drinks even the so called 'diet' labelled drinks, margarine/spread. The so called spread is artificially made in the lab unlike the real butter gotten from cows and other mammals

b) The NOT SO TALKED ABOUT METHOD OF LOSING FAT

You have to gain muscles to lose fat faster.

Gaining muscles to lose fat because muscles burns fat. simple. Muscle is heavier than fat. Its like wearing heavy clothing 24/7. You are likely to get worked out easily. So you will be carrying these heavy muscles in your body and your body will take the energy needed to maintain itself from your fat storage due to this heavy muscles weight

How to build muscles:

1) eat fast difesting Protein -- Amino acids and fast digesting carbohydrates IMMEDIATELY before and after your workout sessions.
Since carbohydrate is an energy giving food and protein is a body building food, you have energy to lift heavy weights through your carbs and protein to build back your body stronger by way of amino acids

2) Lift heavy weight.You break down your muscles by micro tearing and build it back stronger with your proper diet

3) Rest well
