Dear Nairalanders, I want to enquire from those of us that have experience the process of transfer of service from one Federal Ministry to another, Pls how does it work, what are the steps to taken to initiate a transfer, like in my friends case he want to move from federal Ministry of Health to Ministry of petroleum resources, DPR, Mines and Steel, water resources or any other Ministry that's relational to what he studied in school.
