A lot of you might not know it, but the current educational system was influenced largely by the oil magnate “John D. Rockefeller.”

He was the man behind Standard Oil - the biggest oil conglomerate in US history, and needing more workers to work in his factories began to train young men how to be proper slaves in the name of schooling. Similar to how the northern elite denies their children of education for their own gain…

You can do your research on that.

Historically, education is more like a cult of enlightened individuals sharing similar knowledge. They pass the knowledge down to each new generation of members, guide it jealously, and encourage research and innovation.

There are maths groups, physics groups, alchemists (chemistry), philosophy, etc.

These are very good at what they do, and whatever knowledge they have holds a lot of meaning to them.

But what have we got today? Babies…


“Adult babies” - a product of modern-day education.

Babies, because they only go through the walls of school to learn how to do things as “the standard,” and not how to think and make decisions for themselves.


I know this system of education helps keep the powerful in power, but it sucks. Especially for us, Africans, if we must truly be free.


A lot of our leaders will find the standard more useful, because it helps fatten their pocket and keeps the masses in check, hence no government has ever come into power to make any significant impact on the way people learn and grow (using Nigeria as the case study here).

From a political point of view, it makes sense. But from a patriotic point of view, and from the view of someone that care so much about the fact that we are 21st century slaves and we will be easily annihilated if we decide to flex some muscle. Why? The current design makes it harder to outshine our masters.

From the point of view of someone that care much about the future of his children, and the future of African as a race, it makes absolutely no sense to continue turning blind eye to the ignorance of the people, and encouraging such ignorance because it benefit a few people at the top.


As leaders, we must remember that we won't be leaders forever, and our children will one day be a victim of the system we created and encouraged because it benefits us for the moment.

Do you know what I have learned by giving people freedom?


I have learn that the more freedom I give everyone around me, the more intelligent I become to keep them under check (I give them freedom after all), and the more faithful they stay towards me.

Necessity they said is the mother of invention. If my old knowledge becomes outdated because the people under me have become smarter than I am, then I must keep on enlightening myself to stay above. That to me, is true leadership.

If I give someone the freedom to explore, I am not teaching them to serve me, I am instead teaching them to be a leader. As leaders, they understand the importance of cooperation, and if they are wise leaders, they will cooperate with me, and their subordinates will equally cooperate with them, through a shared understanding.

But, if knowledge is stiffed, all we will have left is zombies, following orders without conviction. Do you know how dangerous this is? It is as dangerous as leaving your baby to the care of a robot. Any mechanical fault, and your baby might be in the danger of losing their life.

If you teach people to be robots instead of thinking individuals, all you have is a time bomb.


We all see the menace of the North.

And we are all seeing how our faithful women are gradually embracing a new type of culture - feminism.

Yeah. Most feminists today are once obedient girls who felt cheated and disappointed. They obey because they are expected to, they are never convicted that they need to submit to a man. No one bothers to instil that conviction in them.

Hence, they are faithful, and they equally expect faithfulness from a man, which challenges the patriarchal culture. We are all seeing how they have hijacked men’s role in today’s society…


Those are just a few examples of what dogmatism can breed. And with time, it will only get worse, unless we change our approach to education.

Humans are not robots. Humans are thinking and innovative. Stifle this innovation and you will have your future self to blame.
