Please, anyway to solve this situation of this MTN Mifi battery always going bad? (Picture attach)

The batteries will just stop powering up and not charging. (Note: charging them is as specified, USB to computer mostly)

This is the second one I just bought with same issue, because I couldn't find it's battery and at MTN they they'll give you battery at same price as the Mifi itself hence getting the Mifi at once

Anyway to get a better battery or something?

It is noteworthy stating that replacing the battery for this MiFi is not a solution to the charging issue. It is a common problem with this MTN MiFi. I currently use one and had to dismantle and fix the power issue myself.

My bet is that the battery that came with it is still functional and doesn't require replacement. Just take it to a phone technician to fix the power and charging issue if you can't do it yourself.

Apparently, MTN was experimenting with this particular MiFi model.

Take it to the MTN store you bought it, they’ll replace it for free.

Wow, I am currently facing the same issues,
What I do is remove battery, and charger, and charge it while it's off, I don't try to use it and charge that period, until I can confirm it's green then I start to use,long process yes I know, but it the only solution I can get right now.

It's frustrating most times to leave your mifi charged for hours only to meet it red

im having same issue with this Mifi currently. Please what did you fix? Charging point? I want to try myself, or Atleast even know what to tell the engineer

This wifi is the most bastards of all wifi
So useless,network is never stable on this foolish thing,
I restart like 20 times a day.
I am fed up of it.
