So let me get this straight: You're saying that a 3rd world backwater like Nigeria can sue a cryptocurrency exchange company which was electronically registered in the Cayman Islands, which doesn't have any physical properties in the country which can be seized as tax lien, and which doesn't have any financial assets in the country?

I don't know what qualifications it takes to be a Cloud security architect in New York, but if you're their best example, New York's entire security architecture is in big trouble because it's being run by certified cretins.

No wonder significant data breaches keep happening every other month in poor New York.

Only if you are half as educated as I am…an immigrant with two Masters and a PhD in view. Keep fooling yourself. Like I said, what led to this back and forth shows how unintelligent you are. A company operating and making profits in a country shouldn’t pay tax because they don’t have physical office…how dumb can someone be.

You just showed you are a big ignoramus, a simple google search will tell you the series of taxes Binance are supposed to be reporting to the Nigerian government which clearly they don’t. Apart from company tax, taxes like VAT, capital gains tax, income tax , etc. X and Netflix doesnt have physical offices in a lot of countries they operate and they still pay taxes. Waisted my sleep on a demented nitwit. My last reply to you!!!

There can't be a bigger manifestation of a low IQ than doubling down on ignorance.

Imagine comparing the operations of a streaming platform (Netflix) which streams a large quantity of Nigerian made content created by Nigerians with a cryptocurrency exchange which by its very nature, doesn't deal with ACTUAL currency, but private digitally created (mined) cryptocurrency that no central bank on earth can claim ownership over.

One would have thought that a so called Cloud security architect would understand these things better than your average layman, but I guess life is full of mysteries.

Anyway, just to prove that I'm right and that Wasiu is fibbing, let me leave this infograph here for the discerning mind.

Wasiu, you're right about demented nitwits, but you should have looked in a mirror if you actually wanted to know what one looks like.

Good riddance👍🏿
