It's true but not all slots are giving to lawmakers. If you have been following the ministry, you would have known this. They always clarify that majority of the beneficiaries will come through the federal lawmakers.

yeah. But I don't understand how it was even possible. Actually I received their message about the FG palliative grants on March 25th, but I didn't take it serious, I thought it might be those regular lies or those online fraudsterd or scammers. So I didn't even bother about taking any steps on applying or going to the website. So it was on March 31st, that people posted here on nairaland that they've started receiving credit alert of the #50,000 FG grants, that was when I realized that it was actually true, not the regular scams, so I also decided to apply, by the time I logged in to the website, the application was already closed by then, only the loan application portal was still opened. what I only did was to enter and verify my NIN on the website, input my name, phone number and BVN number. I never input my account no or bank name, so how they knew my Uba account no to credit my account is still a mystery to me, but I guess maybe might be from my BVN no or NIN.

I have never registered for such thing before. I used to hear about it o, different FG grants and others, but don't usually take it serious, so I don't usually bother registering or applying.
I only tried this one for the first time, cos I personally received their message about the FG palliative grants.
