There's a diff btw buying TVs and knowing the true qualities if those TVs.
Irrespective of brand,
Firstly, you had a QLED tv which has a more advanced processor than a UHD tv.
Secondly, you can't compare a Samsung TV to an Hisense TV, because the qualities are way too much to compare.
Also, if you want same quality with your QLED tv, you can either stay with same Samsung QLED otlr go for something close.
OLED tvs are only has close as QLED tvs, but have diff.
The best bet is u staying with same QLED tv, cos what it'll give u, even OLED tv can't.

Need more info on this, reply on my comment.
Thanks

Take it to Alaba International market, if igbo technician can't fix it, then the TV is gone.

Samsung is the best in TV picture quality and sound and it's also a strong product. you should've buy tokunbo 75inches Samsung if you can't afford the new one than wasting your money on other products. Hisense na low budget LG.
Sony Bravia is the best in picture

From personal experience with a 4k-resolution hisense tv and online reviews I have seen, hisense tv screens have lifespans of 3-5 years. Mine suddenly crashed at 31/2 years (this no be village people o but chinko wahala). Worse still, replacement parts are hardly available in the market, if at all. I rate LG tvs as overall best for audio/video quality, reliability and durability (with spare parts available yanfu-yanfu).
I have used my Hisense for 6 yrs now....it has fallen, back split yet the picture is solid .

I don't hang TV so my dog falls em

I learn the hard way. I bought 65 inch LG QLED few years back. After six months my daughter threw remote at it because she was annoyed at excessive commercial and the LCD cracked a little bit. i called LG and was told the LCD cannot be repaired. It was a waste of money
I hope you’ve worked on her, she has anger issues.

Go for lg. all my electronic products are lg. from tv down to washing machine… compared to Hisense and others, lg is usually expensive but worth it at the end .

They program these things. There's a problem that comes for the panels at exactly one year once the warrant expires, it happened to me and I Google to see many people faced the same problem, I had to pay them to have the panel replaced.

Well, I have been using my Hisense 55 inches for exactly 2 years now. Got another one (50 inches) because I was happy with the performance of the existing one.

If i was you i would return and get a second hand LG or samsung, if You are cool with second hand..

Avoid second hand TVs. Most of them are old models and ready to pack up anytime. I bought a Samsung UK used TV in 2019, it packed up in 2022. Bought a Phi.llips UK used TV in November 2023, it packed up in January this year.

If you must buy a tokunbo/used TV, ensure it is a recent model and not refurbished. Sadly, the price will be nearly same as the new ones in showrooms, which you are better off buyinh

buying from so-called second hand dealers is the beginning of problems, not just tv's it extends to other electronics, if you can get directly from an individual your are quite safer... Thats why i said if you are cool with second hand...

I got this tv from their dealer, the bleeding edge is killing me, is this the way its meant to be or is it that ive been spoilt by Samsung qled that i used before it got spoilt. Its 75 inches hisense a7k series, i can live with its slow response to remote but this black isnt blackkkkk..

Ensure that you used stabiliser on your appliances. Voltage fluctuation is a big killer of appliances.

Don't trust NEPA.

This TV is faulty, if it's still under warranty, return it to where you got it.

Buying electronics is a gamble.

My first TV was bought brand-new didn't last a week. I also bought a fridge and was already refilling gas within a month.

Presently, all the TVs in my house were bought fairly used. One is almost 5 years, the other almost 1 year, and they are working perfectly well.

Buying is a gamble. You can be lucky or unlucky, even when buying new products.

Although, there are some things I don't buy fairly used. For example, I don't buy fairly used blenders or pots. But I don't mind fairly used TVs. I have not had any bad experience buying fairly used TVs.

yeah i see your point... Like me I cant use a second hand phone, but i see no qualms with tv's, Fridges, monitors and AC's. currenlty using 2 second hand air conditioners. but i would rather get a second hand SAMSUNG or LG tv than buy a new hisense, if it is attainable.

For those saying Samsung, hisense and LG TV are the best, maybe you've probably not tried Sony TV's...
Picture, sound, display and durability, give it up for Sony abeg
Been using my 55inch 4k for a while now with a Sony soundbar, the magic is diff

That one is in a world and class of its own. Those who are shouting LG and Samsung are talking about the one they can afford. Sony is super expensive.

don't know why Panasonic just went off the radar like that, those people had mad tech back in the days... Their pr needs to up their game, even Sony...
Who be iphone when Sony still dey do better phone then? Sony and Panasonic didn't really follow the tech trend if not for their play station and camera

The best phone I've used is a Sony phone though currently using an iphone. Will go back to Sony when my phone is due for replacement.

Got my syinix 50 smart since 2019..going to five years now and no single issue

Maybe you've not owned a LG tv before that's why you saying this. I have 50 inches Syinix tv and all I can say is God will punish the manufacturers.

1. Stupid tv does not have subtitle.
2. You cannot select any series episode of your choice to watch on this stupid tv. You either start from the beginning episode 1 or continue from where you stopped.
3. Rewind and Forward is slow and frustrating on this stupid tv.
4. Picture quality is wack.
5. There's nothing Smart about this tv, it's like using a torch light phone.
6. Anyone who gives me this tv as a gift, will smash it on their head and tell them I know they wish me bad luck.
7. This stupid tv shuts down on its own, though it notifies you if you're on Netflix and you can halt it. But on YouTube, it doesn't so it just goes off.
8. The remote is slow and dumb.
9. This tv will frustrate your life and I know I'm close to smashing my phone on the floor out of frustration.
10. The remote has suffered in my hands due to oversmashing.

If you can look for where to get original German TV, though your 1.1m, might be small for the 75inc, you are sure to get a very great piece and an experience to last you a very long time,
