I need a physical business to venture into.

Create a marketplace for students, tutorials, quiz and groceries and make it be multivendor

Allow users to earn for referrals.

You can achieve that with as low as 100k if you are doing it by yourself.

Spend another 50k on marketing

Lock up the remaining on owealth and focus on growing the platform

Partner with an established business and you get returns. I.e a maize fwrmer needs NPK, invest in the fertilizer amd the enterprenuer handles everything, you get profit after harvest. Simple
