Is it worth it to leave a full-time job at Sterling Bank (Cashier, Outsourcing staff) to go for this ?

Depends on your passion and interest.....if you like the cashier work and they are paying you well, then you can still stay with it....one thing I don't know is the amount this ourpass is paying though? It all depends on you
