If the business is guaranteed to make profits of 500k daily that means your initial investment of 200ml will be realized within two years. Now that's not true. Businesses don't turn profits that quickly.

If you say daily turnover will be 500k, that's more realistic but the profit margin you quoted can not be. If not, the owner can wait for two years, get his money and still retain the business
