Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes

First Degree from a reputable institution in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the cement industry.
Strong understanding of cement industry market, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets.
Strategic thinker with high level of commercial acumen.
Relevant professional certifications/membership of the Institute of Marketing & Public Relations of Nigeria is mandatory.
Post graduate degree in business administration, public administration, or other relevant disciplines is an added advantage.
Proven experience leading and managing a sizeable team. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
