The dollar was 700, when he got there, he almost tripled it. Now it is around 1200.

But if you are talking about party, pdp shouldnt be compared to apc in anyways when it comes to success and failure.

Pdp is like 99% failed party that absolutely failed the country. They didn't do anything right and shouldn't be allowed close to power unless you are a genn z who didn't witness the impunity of pdp.

Apc is not a good party either but they are saint compared to pdp and they have outperformed them 100-1 when it comes to infrastructure or all indices of governance you can think about.
