What Reno is saying is very clear. Once dangote refinery starts full production of all petroleum products. Those who source for FX because of it will stop. N start spending Naira. Demand on dollar will reduce greatly. It's not about how much dangote will sell his products but the relive off the FX.

Almost 60 % of our foreign exchange earnings go into importation of petroleum products, so with the operation of Dangote refinery Nigeria don't need to spend on importation of petroleum products again, I bet before December this year dollar will crash against the naira.
