Instructions:

5. When ready to eat, simply toss the salad with dressing and enjoy!


2. Quinoa and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- Cooked quinoa; mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas); Tofu or chicken breast (optional); Soy sauce; Garlic; Ginger; Sesame oil

Instructions:
1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.
