Job Title: Reporting Analyst

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information or Business Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields.

Skills/Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years work experience as a Reporting Analyst.
- Effective oral & written communication skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail
- Sound analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Graphing, and Data Processing

Responsibilities:
- Collect and present accurate data to support informed decision making.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create and generate regular reports, templates, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis based on organizational needs, using tools like Microsoft Excel and any other reporting tool.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data and generated reports through regular quality checks and validation processes.
- Work with databases to organize, store, and retrieve data efficiently.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends.
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to maintain high service standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and streamline customer support processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their reporting requirements and tailor data outputs accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Address any issues related to reporting and troubleshoot discrepancies as they arise.
- Ensure reporting processes comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
