My choice will easily be South Africa, and the only reason why I will not choose it is because Seychelles has the best-performing passport on the continent. Seychelles citizens can enter more countries visa-free than even some European countries.

But my first choice would be South Africa, no context. Pound-for-pound, SA is a good country.

You need money to enter those countries. How many Seychelles citizen you se travelling anywhere?
