No hell fire. Nothing like hell fire. The wages of sin is death. From dust you are made to dust you shall return....this is what I believe. And if truly there is hell 99% of the people alive or dead will have a portion in it.

Happy sunday.

The bible talks about hell and death been cast into the lake of fire.(Rev20:13-15)
This means every unsaved person is going to be swimming in fire for all eternity.

What about people who were unlucky to exist before the gospel got to their location? E.g people who lived and died before the gospel got to Nigeria.

What about most people in countries e.g north korea and other such countries who have little to no knowledge about christ?

What of people who were unfortunate(they're all going to hell) to be born into say islam, budhism, hinduism and other religious movements? You might say these people should simply convert to christianity just by hearing the gospel, but switching religion isn't that simple. They are plugged to their faith the same way you have been indoctrinated and plugged to yours.

What about other sects of christianity that aren't getting it right?

Are all of this people going to be thrown into the lake of fire recieving same punishment as shekau or Hitler for all eternity?
No degree of punishment in hell

Those that died under the law would be judge according to the law

You hate consequences. You are enjoined to believe, pray, offer charity, fast and be righteous but you chose otherwise and don't want to be accountable.

You getting me wrong sweetheart, on the contrary I strongly believe on the law of cause and effect(Gal 6:7), telling people they will burn in hell for eternity has not in any way stop anybody from committing hideous crimes. What happens in death?

According to this logic, what is the point of being righteous when you can just die as in cease to exit, no consciousness? Nothing is nothing. No consequence. You are not dad, you are just no more. How is that a punishment?

But the Bible teaches that death is the punishment of sin.

When Adam and eve were being warned about disobedience, death was the punishment and not torment.

Genesis 3:3
But God has said about the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden: ‘You must not eat from it, no, you must not touch it; otherwise you will die.’”

All along death has been the punishment and not burning in fire

Futhermore, at death, a person loses all consciousness and can't feel anything including pain.

Ecclesiaties 9:10
Whatever your hand finds to do, do with all your might, for there is no work nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom in the Grave, where you are going.

Ecclesiates 9:5
For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten.

So how can the clear Bible teaching that we can't feel anything at death compare with burning sensation in hell....?
It defies logic.

As for death being a simple punishment, when you consider that we were originally designed to live forever and Jesus death gives us the opportunity to live forever, a person who dies without the prospect of living forever has lost everything..... That's the ultimate punishment.

No one is begging you to stop. It is a warning for what it is to come.

It is interesting how you view hell as bad. That sounds like the hypocritical western principles westeners rant about when they chant about democracy and human rights. There is nothing evil about consequences.

This is how God sees and how God says it : You were placed on earth for a reason and you chose not to listen. The consequences of that arrogance is on you. It shouldn't matter what punishment it is. You disobeyed and there are promises to be be kept.

It is both.
You should love and fear for what it is to come if you are not righteous.

Of course we should fear God.
Our fear should be that of displeasing him because we love him so much.

Not because of punishment of being used as human suya.... That's called morbid fear.

They are dead. They are not missing anything. Have you seen anything dead person wishing for food. They are not missing out on anything because they have cease to exist. Your biblical interpretation is faulty.

If the Bible says death is the punishment of sins. It could be in literal sense that death gives no room for salvation because it is too late to correct their mistakes. Dead unrighteous people are stuck but for dead righteous people, they don't need to seek salvation.

That interpretation seems plausible which is why you have hell in the Bible as well.

lol hellfire doctrine

Well Jesus did go about preaching Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand

He wasn't saying repent for hell is real

But He and John did say, "flee from the coming wrath" also Peter's first recorded message in acts.

Well none of God's children will go to hell, not sure if that's counts as an uncruel God to some so.

That coming wrath is death without the hope of a resurrection...

You salivate at the thought of burning flesh like your lunatic god. You people are sick. Tueh.

THIS IS WHY I SAY CHRISTIANITY IS A GUTTER RELIGION FOR LOW IQ IDIOTS.

The reason they believe that crap is because it was DELIBERATELY drilled into their heads when they were children. Too young to smell bs.

By the time they become adults, they are so deep into the lies and fairytales, it’s like utter truth to them.

If anyone of them had been introduced to Christianity as ADULTS, they would have rejected it outright, because the story is so stupid and outlandish.

I mean, they actually believe AS ADULTS, that a man walked atop a sea, changed 3 fishes to 500, rose from the dead and flew up into heaven from a dinner table as his friends looked on!

It’s incredible.

Sure, according to Jesus' teachings.

Matthew 10:15 (KJV)

Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

Matthew 11:21-24

Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes. But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you. And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee.

God bless.

There are things said here that are so true, not completely but closer to the truth.

But people have become too religious even Christians who have turned Jesus into a religion, of belief without understanding nor obedience.

God isn't a romantic love. God isn't our parents. You can love to not displease him or you can love him because of the day of account. God is absolute and there is hellfire and he wants you to fear the day It comes and you will account for your actions. You won't have hellfire if he doesn't want morbid fear.

In the Qur'an there are many warnings. Most times when he mentions a prophet or you hear a prophet's prayer - it is about praying for belief and steadfastness in his absolute, prayers, charity, and righteousness.

He tells you not to be arrogant and look into the world and see for yourself what he has created. You need to stop interpreting the essence of God from your human lens. He is not human and he could care less about fitting into our human principles. He wants obedience and that is all.

Have they not travelled throughout the land so their hearts may reason, and their ears may listen? Indeed, it is not the eyes that are blind, but it is the hearts in the chests that grow blind.
Qur'an 22:46
