Believeintruth: Ok good, now I understand the background where you are coming from. Wait until you directly work there to know the truth on official and non official events and activities of the govt. agencies making up the port. |

The guy causing the confusion, his name is Obinna, he is not even a Itsekiri Indigene. For several hours, trucks were delayed at NPA gate as if they are the lord I pity Warri people if they allow this Ipob guy from a tiny erosion-ravaged landlocked terrain to drive away businesses from Warri Port with his Nzogbu Nzogbu mentality! |

Starz825:Exactly... A state I spent 15 good years in. The touting there is damn too much. Everywhere na agbero causing problems to multinationals. More reasons why multinationals are leaving that state. Seems govt. both state and national has no control over that state. Just too bad. |

phemray: Look we are saying the samething. The scenario you are painting is due to the corruption of govt agencies. what people are telling you is what happens with the touts at the ports. |

Leo34rf: There's nothing like wanting anybody to leave, but it's just their way. Not willing to do any job, other than job in NNPC, Shell, Eni etc. I have been there, so I know what I'm talking about. If they collect their salary, you won't see them at work in the next 3-4 day The unemployed amongst them, will like to wear shoe and jeans and pose more than you, who has a job. I know the Warri Port too well,I also know Crown Flour Mills also. So I know what I'm talking about. |

Illegal collection is in every port in the southern part of this country.. that they write about warri extortion doesn't make Lagos or port Harcourt any better.. same happens in all these ports. Warri Port not functioning as it supposed to is never a case of N2000 or N4000 from truck drivers. It's a different ball game all together. The system has been monopolized long ago The writer want to make me believe that the Lagos where tout can block a pedestrian bridge and extort pedestrians does not have a tout at the Lagos port even thier airports these boys are there |
