You are not smart at all. What Atiku is saying is the truth. Fashola had envisaged a road from VI to Epe a coastal road. Clearly Lagos was in debt that was why they couldn't do it. Now is it not an irony that first phase of the Lagos Calabar coastal as it is so called is starting and ending in the same road plan that Fashola envisaged.
