Please house especially electricians in the house.For the past three months now. Anything I plug in house always get burnt. All my chargers burnt, my fan always spoil, my refrigerator always spoil also.Phone chargers always blow off. I have called electricians to check it but they couldn't identify the problem. I don't charge phone in house because it will blow off Other apartments in the same building are not expecting this. Please what could be the problem?

I believe each pole wire has 240v. The 4th is neutral,if you have more than one connected in your house you can have 400v or more in your socket. Call electrician that uses multimeter not tester to check.
