His tactics have been poor a lot of times. We have been conceding a lot of goals from cutbacks in the box, he has not plugged that weakness. Do you see the hectares of space in our midfield when possession is turned over. It is the team structure he sets, with just 2 passes and the opposition gets into box of Man u easily and create chances or score sef. Needs to be more compact and reduce the shots, Man U is too wide open and easy to play through. Man U Players are everwhereon the field but no where on the field, structure adjustment will improve the wide open shape of the team

Agreed... But, how many solid and compact players do you have in that squad from Midfield to Defense?!!

More clear out needs to happen come Summer.

Maybe he's got a godfather

With his performance, it should be giving room for Academy strikers to play or even convert Maguire to a striker

Under ferguson some players did not like themselves but they gave everything and won everything. Even at work some of us don't fancy some our colleagues but the work never fails.
There is a toxic culture of rewarding mediocrity and poor performance at Man U. Players can play badly for several seasons and not get moved on. Players down tools deliberately and get manger sacked and they get away with it. You dont need to love your mates, just do your work well
