See opportunity to take advantage of the popular brand.
Just registered that name
Produce the same quality but without the harmful chemical.
Take over the already existing market with the new product with your nafdec number.
I haven't heard anything this dumb in about 5 years.
All everybody is gonna see is a banned product.
Any soup with a name that even sounds like dad right now is in soup

Not true in reality . This is a business I know inside out. A typical Nigeria Consumers behavior is totally different. They will always go for hard to find product.
Remember when Eva soap newly started. It was banned in Nigeria for similar reasons. Then it was imported. Some took advantage and quickly got NAFDEC for it.
Today the soap is a top selling brand.

They use to talk about 1000 ways to die.

In Nigeria, it is 1,000,000 ways to die.

The pursuit of everything Oyibo be it cosmetics, medications, food and/or beverages is a nuclear bomb waiting to explode.

Invest in a Dialysis center in Nigeria. The outlook is very promising ---for lack of a better word than connotes suicidal ideation among Nigerians.

Dialysis could take up to 8 hours non stop for a one time procedure. The most they charge is 40k.
Now the maths
Running a gen that would carry the machine and an AC unit could take more than 20 liters of diesel fuel for those 8hours.
1000k x 20 liters is 20k
You pay the workers
How much come remain?

When you scale, it might help but the utilities will also increase.

They can always increase their prices to be profitable especially as we have a teaming population of individuals who are hellbent on frying their kidneys intentionally.

sad

This country is now a dumping ground for fake products

What makes it fake?
NAFDAC should tell Nigerians.

Soap is one of the easiest thing to produce by Chemists. IMO NAFDAC can be more specific of the reason it is banned
